How you and Lacuna Expert agree to work together.

• Lacuna Expert is a product of mAIvenX. By using it, you accept these terms.
• You own what you bring and what you build — your knowledge, your experts, your transcripts, and the videos generated for you.
• An expert answers from the material you give it using AI. Its responses are generated, not professional advice, and not the real opinions of any person it is modeled after.
• You are responsible for having the right to the material, likenesses, and voices you upload.
• Don't use Lacuna Expert to impersonate, harass, deceive, or generate illegal content.

Don't use Lacuna Expert to:

• Build an expert that impersonates a real person without their consent, or upload likenesses and voices you don't have the right to use.
• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or sexual, or that targets a real person without consent.
• Generate content that violates the AI providers' acceptable-use policies (illegal activity, hate speech, CSAM, election manipulation, and the like). Their moderation runs upstream and may reject your prompts or uploads.
• Present an expert's output as licensed professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or similar) where you are not qualified or authorized to do so.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass the rate-limit, metering, or access controls in the product.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Lacuna Expert product itself or derivative copies of it.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of access and removal of associated content.

When you upload a photo or recordings of a real person to build an expert, you warrant that you are that person, you have their explicit consent, or the use is otherwise legally permitted.

If someone whose likeness or voice has been used through Lacuna Expert contacts us at fadi@maivenx.com, we will remove the avatar and associated material within 7 days.

Lacuna Expert is provided on an as-is / as-availablebasis. We do not guarantee uptime, persistence of data, or that any feature will continue to be offered. Live video is delivered as booked sessions drawn from your plan's allowance, and we may rate-limit usage to keep the service sustainable.

An expert built on Lacuna Expert answers from the material you provide, using AI. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, psychological, employment, or any other licensed professional advice, and its responses are not the actual opinions of any real person, even when modeled after one. Decisions you or your audience make based on an expert are your own.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mAIvenX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event will mAIvenX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of Lacuna Expert or any content generated through it. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Lacuna Expert in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

These terms may be updated as Lacuna Expert evolves. Material changes will be flagged in the app and dated at the top of this page. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mAIvenX is established, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes will be addressed first in good-faith correspondence; binding resolution otherwise as required by applicable law.
